Why Sunday?
Sunday is the day of la famiglia, and as such it is the most important day of the week for Italians around the world. Prior to enjoying Italian Sunday Dinner with their families (usually starting early afternoon), the Sunday Ventures council will meet to review relevant investment opportunities and then share them with our investor syndicate, in an effort to Make Sunday Italian Again.*

Investor Syndicate
The Sunday Ventures syndicate is comprised of over 1,000 Italian Americans & Canadians, who are entrepreneurs, corporate executives, institutional investors, entertainers & more and not only serve as sources of capital but also ambassadors of the brands, products & services that we invest in.
Investment Approach
Parameters
Structured equity investments in privately-held companies that match our Focus.
Stage agnostic (startup, bootstrapped, family-owned, mature).
$1-20M per investment ($20M+ in select cases).
Companies must be profitable or have visible path to profitability.
Focus
Companies that support the preservation & progress of Italian-American culture.
Will also consider the following:
1) Companies founded & managed by entrepreneurs of Italian heritage;
2) Companies that promote Italian culture outside the U.S.; and
3) Select opportunities in Italy.
Contribution
A portion of profits will be donated to the various Italian-American associations (e.g., NIAF, ISDA, OSDIA, Columbus Citizens Foundation) and scholarship programs.
We also seek to help our portfolio company executives obtain their Italian citizenship and sponsor Italian citizens to enter the U.S. on work visas.

Cesena FC
Cesena FC (formerly AC Cesena) is a professional Italian soccer club in Emilia-Romagna, Italy. Located in an area known as Wellness Valley, Cesena has a rich soccer history & tradition (13 seasons in Serie A, 32 seasons in Serie B), world-class stadium (FIFA compliant), top tier youth academy, and large international fan base. The team recently won the 2023/2024 Lega Pro championship and was promoted back to Serie B. The club is owned by a consortium of Italian-American executives & investors, who are passionate about sport & their Italian heritage.
